Beyond the Zenith Education Service Co., Ltd (BZES) invites you for a year of study and employment opportunities (one semester of University instruction, one semester of internship) that can put you on track for a richly rewarding career in a world in which China will be asserting its influences far and wide.

Bilingual Career Paths

The staff of BZES have established curricula in cooperation with SanJiang university to provide a language rich environment suited to those who have only dreamt of speaking Chinese with confidence and ease. No previous knowledge of Chinese is required for success. This program is geared specifically to ambitious novices. International students are paired in campus dormitories at SanJiang University, conveniently located nearby the #S3 subway line, with their Chinese peers. The city and the campus synergistically combine to maximize an enviable cultural and language learning environment.

Situated just south of the walled former capital of China, the 20 hectare campus of SanJiang university abuts a length of the JiaJiang parallel branch of the heavily trafficked and renowned Yangtze river. The leafy campus offers a respite from the downtown bustle and a supportive academic environment. As a registered student, you can enjoy all the same privileges of your Chinese peers, about 7 thousand in campus dormitories, enjoying meals at the central dining hall, benefiting from the sports facilities, and main library, and taking full advantage of public transportation to all urban amenities that Nanjing has to offer. The immediate neighborhood also presents a wide range of typical restaurant styles and street food. An apartment provided for you is no more than a 20 minute stroll to the foreign language classrooms. There are provided the standard amenities to make your academic life productive and comfortable: furnished kitchen, washing machine, internet access, full bathroom, and two bedrooms, which you share with a fellow student certified in TCSL (Teaching Chinese as a Second Language) by SanJiang University and selected by BZES staff for compatibility and English communication skills. A condition of this living arrangement is availability for tutoring you a few hours a day as your housemate prepares for further work or study abroad. It's a win/win environment for both parties.

Then after an intense semester of language instruction, you apply your newly won knowledge towards an internship keyed in with your personal career goals. There is no better method for refining one's language strengths than practicing daily in a engaging workplace. BZES staff members remain on call to assist you. They are also experienced in facilitating the subsequent visa application process for either an internship, working student visa, or fulltime work visa.

Beyond Work and Study

Upon completion of the internship portion of your time in Nanjing, you have decisions to make about spending the remainder of the sojourn. Extended employment opportunities are certainly one option; continuing educational opportunities, another. You will have undoubtedly wandered through much of Nanjing's ancient and modern cityscape. The many regions of China afford so much more worth exploring with your newly acquired facility in speaking the language, whether by the expanding high speed railway (traveling to Shanghai only takes about an hour) by cruise further up the Yangtze river, or even by bicycle for those so inclined to experience adventures slowly and intimately along the minor roads into the many villages with their own lifestyles.

Helpful staff are able to answer any questions put to them about what to expect in Chinese classrooms by sharing their own experiences as teachers and erstwhile students.

Civil Engineering

China's exponential infrastructure building programs exhibit no signs of abating since they began. Chinese construction firms have been making efforts to manage projects outside familiar territory and are in need of engineers with communication skills.

As much as English is the language of international commerce, its effectiveness is steeply improved when paired with another language. Supply chains and cooperative ventures have become more complex and integrated with mainland Chinese markets and industrial base.
